A Smooth Delivering of Waste Water Storage Container

In July and August, when the Pearl River Delta is in the typhoon season, rainfall in major cities increases sharply and water-logging occurs in many places. A large amount of rainwater and silt, leaves, road pollutants and other mixture of liquid, into the urban sewer system, makes the water composition is very complex. More and more waste water treatment companies have been set up in recent years in order to make better use of the fresh water resources in the rainy season and reduce the pressure of urban sewage discharge.


In the middle of August, a batch of waste water storage containers designed and produced by Standard Automobile (Guangdong) rolled off the production line smoothly, and were shipped to Zhongshan Sewage Treatment Company after customer’s acceptance. The container is available in two sizes. The first is 6 meters long, 2 meters wide and 2.2 meters high, with a water storage capacity of not less than 24 square meters. The second is 5 meters long, 2 meters wide and 2.2 meters high, with a water storage capacity of not less than 20 square meters. The container is made of 6mm flat steel plate, with external reinforced bars and sprayed waterproof paint inside and outside, which can adapt to the internal environment of sewage treatment plant.


The waste water storage containers are used in pairs, one is high and the other is low. Firstly, the waste water is collected and discharged into the high tank. After filtering by the waste water treatment equipment, the purified water is discharged into the lower tank through the waterway, so as to complete the waste water treatment process.
