Around the China National Day, Standard Automobile (Guangdong) Ltd undertook a batch of container villa orders from Xiamen customers, a total of 38 sets. At the beginning of November, it has been completed and delivered to the client‘s project site in Heyueli, Huli District, Xiamen city. Finally, the local construction team will put the boxes together, add doors, windows and interior decoration.  

In terms of dimension, the project has three sizes of containers, which are 7200 x 2400 x 2900 mm, 9600 x 2400 x 2900 mm and 12000 x 2400 x 2900 mm respectively. In terms of structure, the whole container adopts standard shipping container board, corner post is 6 mm bending pieces, front and back end walls are 2 mm corrugated weathering steel board, side walls are 1.6 mm corrugated weathering steel board, and floor is 28 mm standard shipping container wooden floor. Color, the container adopts RAL standard color card number, white, gray, green, yellow, orange and other five colors.  

The highlight of the project is that the side panels are bolted together, which makes it more efficient and convenient to remove and install the side panels during construction. Compared with the common way of flat cabinet transportation of container houses in the past, this can greatly save the transportation cost of customers. After receiving the container, the customer can remove the side plate by himself, arrange and decorate the container according to his personal will, and finally splice it together.
