Twenty Foot Cooling Equipment Shelter Off Line

In early November, a Ningxia power company commissioned Standard Automobile (Guangdong) Co., Ltd to help design and produce six 20 feet cooling equipment square container off the production line. Affected by the epidemic, the first three containers were successfully sent to Ningxia in late November and will soon be put into use after being tested recently.

It is understood that the container dimension is 6058 x 3000 x 2896 mm (LxWxH), the use of standard shipping container material, with a standard container rear door, side wall near the rear door position open a pair of container door. Among them, 3 square cabins open the door on the right side, and the other 3 square cabins open the door on the left side. The two sets are used in combination, which is convenient for customers to enter container to install the equipment, and also convenient for operation and maintenance personnel to observe the operation of the equipment in the later stage.


The container’s bottom side beam is replaced by 16# channel steel, not bending parts, the bottom cross beam part continues to use 4 mm bending parts, with 4 mm checkered steel floor, non-slip and wear-resistant at the same time to maximize the payload capacity of the container. In addition, the bottom of the container is provided with a sink, which is easy to discharge the water generated when the cooling equipment is working.
