Standard Automobile 45 Feet Double Wing Open Container
23th September, the first set of 45 feet double wing-open container rolled out from production line. This container was equiped with a prestigious brand of hydraulic system, Germany HYVA , equiped with 2 sets of cylinders that have 4 cylinders in total, which enabled the wings to swiftly and simultaneously open and close, greatly increased the loading and unloading efficiency. Standard SPH-A weathering steel container plates were adopted, provding a high anticorrosion perfamence. The top plates were 2.0mm in thickness,and the side wall plates were 1.6 mm in thickness.
In the meantime, the container can be applied as a upper structure of a 45 feet skeleton semi trailer, meeting the demands of inland transportation and transshipment of stray goods. Our customers were satisfied with the quality of the container during the acceptance check, and they expressed that they were looking forward to future cooperation with us in double wing-open van trailer projects.
