20-40 Feet Extendable Container Chassis Shipped Smoothly To South America
In early October, Standard Automobile (Guangdong) received orders from South American customers for 18 units 20-40 feet extendable container chassis. It took more than 2 months from drawing design, material preparation to welding production and painting assembly. Around Christmas, the first 6 extendable container chassis were successfully packed and sent to South America.
It is understood that the container chassis overall dimensions is 9541 x 2438 x 1518 mm (LxWxH), after stretching the length become 12391 mm. Before the extension, it can transport one 20 feet standard shipping container, and after the extension, it can transport two 20 feet standard shipping containers or one 40 feet standard shipping container.
In terms of configuration, the whole trailer’s skeleton use GR80 and GR130 high strength steel, light weight but heavy load. L1 brand two axles air suspension (front axle lift) with 11 tons 5" round axle, 8.25-22.5 aluminum alloy rim with 295/80R22.5 triangle brand tire, at the same time with WABCO brand ABS and air path, and through the pneumatic valve control frame expansion.
