Two 40 Feet Wing Open Semi Trailer Delivered
In May 2017, Our customer Mark who is from Philippine commissioned our company to produce two 40 feet wing-open semi trailers for transporting his IT equipment case in Manila. In order to reduce customers’transportation cost, and to make them convenient to transport by 40 feet flat rack, the semi trailer was designed with paremeters in terms of 11.9 meters in length, 2.55 meters in width, 4.3 meters in height, weighing 10 tons of tare wight, and a payload of 30 tons.
A new type of aluminum alloy materials was applied when fabricating these two wing-open semi trailers, achieving not only their beautiful outlook and light-weight structure but also clients diversified utilities. They were equipped with domestically made hydraulic system offering advantages of side loading and high effiecient unloading.
