In late November, a batch of 10 units 25m³ tri-axle dump trailer which designed and produced by Standard Automobile (Guangdong) for client in Kenya were successfully rolled off the production line. At present, all of the trailers have passed pre-assembly and gas circuit tests, and will be unassembled and packed in SKD form in a few days, then be shipped to client by 40 feet shipping containers.

The size of the dump trailer is 9000 x 2500 x 3500 mm (LxWxH), among which, the cargo compartment size is 8200 x 2500 x 1350 mm (LxWxH), the content is 25 m³.The trailer adopts the front lifting design, the maximum lifting angle is 45°. And it is equipped with 3 sets of 16-ton Fuwa brand axles, 8 sets of spring steel plate mechanical suspension, 12 units of 12R22.5 steel wire vacuum tires, all of which make the maximum load reach 60 tons. The color of the trailer is sky blue, and it is strong and durable, which is very suitable for the customer‘s local use environment and road conditions.

It is all known that the self-unloading semi-trailer refers to the trailer which is lifted by hydraulic or mechanical ways to unload the cargo by itself, so it is also called dump trailer. It is mainly composed of moving mechanism, hydraulic lifting mechanism, cargo compartment and force taking device and other components. In addition, the dump trailer is divided into backward tilting and lateral tilting design, through the control system to control the piston rod movement. As for its function, the self-unloading semi-trailer can greatly save the unloading time and labor, thus shortening the transportation cycle, improving the production efficiency, and finally reducing the transportation cost.
