In early May, Standard Automobile (Guangdong) cooperated with Guangdong Power Technology designed and produced battery energy sample container successfully rolled off the production line. After passing the customer‘s acceptance, they were delivered to Zhongshan city for use.

The external dimension of the customized equipment container is 4500 x 2000 x 2400 mm (LxWxH). It is equipped with standard shipping container’s rear door for easy access of maintenance personnel. The top of the container is provided with two round holes which diameter is 800 mm and with waterproof hole covers. Ladders are installed on both long sides of the container to facilitate top maintenance.

In terms of the structure, bottom side beams are made of 16# channel steel, bottom cross beam are 4 mm bents, the top side beam and door beam are made of 100x50x3 mm square tube, and the floor is 3 mm flat steel plate. In addition, according to the working requirements of the internal battery equipment, steel shutters and electric cabinet doors are opened on both long sides of the container to enhance the ventilation capacity of the container and facilitate the regular maintenance and repair of the equipment. Container’s body is painted striking yellow, bright with a high degree of recognition.
